The CDD's budget is a financial plan that serves as a primary basis for financial decision-making and subsequent control of expenditures. The goal of this plan is to provide services at the levels of service established during the budget process while simultaneously being flexible enough to enable the Board to address unexpected events and expenditures. Without such flexibility, levels of service in other areas may suffer.
The CDD is required to complete a Financial Disclosure and an audit on an annual basis. You can review Coral Bay's audited Financial Statements, filed with the State of Florida's Auditor General, by visiting Coral Bay's page in Special Districts area of the Auditor General's web site.
